  • Helen J. Stewart: Often referred to as the “First Lady of Las Vegas,” Helen J. Stewart was a pioneering entrepreneur and landowner who played a crucial role in the development of early Las Vegas.
  • Mayme Stocker: Mayme Stocker was a hotel owner and businesswoman who opened the Northern Club, the first legal casino in Las Vegas, in 1931.
