Bikecentives is a new way to earn exclusive RTC Bike Share gear simply by taking rides with your Explorer or Downtowner pass.
Enjoy these rewards when you ride as an Explorer or Downtowner Passholder. Pass must be active and in good standing for at least 60 days. Be sure that you have downloaded the RTC Bike Share app and are subscribed to our newsletter to stay up to date on your progress!

Refer a Friend
Gift a friend a free Explorer pass and for each friend you refer, receive a free 30-day pass for yourself! Explorer and Downtowner Passholders can earn a free 30 days of bike share when they refer friends and family to RTC Bike Share. If you are a current Passholder, your friends will get a free Explorer Pass and you’ll receive an additional 30-days free for each friend who signs up.
To find your unique referral link, log in to your account online and click the “Refer a Friend” button in the account settings.

Bikecentives
What counts as a ride?
Rides must be from one station to another station.
Who can participate?
This program is available to all RTC Bike Share Explorer and Downtowner Passholders, including B4B Passholders. Passes must be active and in good standing for at least 60 days.
How do I track my rides?
You can log into My Account or the RTC Bike Share app to see your trip history. Be sure to subscribe to the RTC Bike Share newsletter as well. We will send you email notifications when you’ve reached a new Bikecentives tier.
When does Bikecentives begin?
Explorer and Downtowner Passholders begin accruing rides at the beginning of the calendar year. Rides reset at the end of the calendar year. The program is subject to change at any time.
How will I receive my tier rewards?
Tier rewards will be mailed to the address listed in My Account as they are earned, on a monthly basis. One tier reward can be received in a 30-day period. Additional earned rewards will be mailed in the subsequent month(s).
What if I have earned all three tier rewards?
Tier rewards will be updated at the start of each new calendar year. As rides reset, so will rewards!
Refer a Friend
Is there a code or link I need to refer a friend?
Yes. Your unique referral link can be found in your account settings when you log in.
Can I refer a friend even if I don’t have a pass?
You must be an active Explorer or Downtowner RTC Bike Share Passholder in order to refer friends. You can sign up here.
Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer?
At this time, there is no limit to the number of people you can refer, and you will receive an additional 30 days for each referral.
